Performance needs context

Two athletes can produce similar statistics while carrying very different developmental and recruiting context. Position, level of competition, eligibility, testing history, trajectory, role, and the reliability of the underlying evidence can all change how performance should be interpreted.

Context should be explicit

A useful evaluation system should show the factors influencing the result rather than flatten every athlete into a single unexplained score. That includes identifying what evidence is strong, what is missing, and where comparable data is thin.

The KENNDA approach

KENNDA is being designed around a versioned Index accompanied by evidence, confidence, data completeness, comparable context, and explanation. Market and NIL value can be layered downstream without making money the definition of the athlete.
